Q: When will I receive my items?
A: That depends, how long is it going to take you to run/walk or bike 1,118.87 miles? Finish your miles and we'll have you your shirt and medal in a flash. For those doing the Mini Buckeye, some of you may be super fast! We will be ordering medals/shirts in late June so we should have the earliest packages out in late July for those who begin to wrap up that event!
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is included in the cost of your registration!
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service and use First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! However we charge an extra $20 to ship overseas. This is dictated by USPS prices to ship first class as a standard package going to other countries cost 4-6x more than within the U.S.
Q: I purchased an item in the store when will I get it?
A: We're a one man crew and have another full time job, give us about 5 business days to get it out the door and thanks for your patience, we appreciate it!
